Questo Media operates Diamond Studio. This policy explains what stays on your device, what may leave it, and the controls available to you.
Records and photos
Projects, sessions, inventory, notes, and project photos are stored on your device. Core use does not require an account.
Smart Add
Photos selected for Smart Add are recognized on the device. Unknown values stay blank for you to review; images and recognized text are not sent to an AI service.
This website
This static website uses no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no cookies. Its hosting provider processes normal request and security-log data such as IP address, browser details, and requested URL.
Optional Firebase Analytics
Only after explicit consent, Google Analytics for Firebase receives a finite set of product-use events, a resettable app-instance ID, device and session information, and general location derived from masked IP. It never receives project names, notes, photos, order details, URLs, recognized text, search terms, filenames, prices, or color codes. IDFA, IDFV, advertising features, cross-app tracking, and Microsoft Clarity are disabled.
Your analytics choices
You can decline analytics and keep using the core app. In Settings you can later share analytics or stop sharing. Stopping disables future collection, clears local Analytics data, and resets the app-instance ID. The app cannot directly delete remote data Google already processed; contact us about an applicable privacy request.
Export and deletion
You can export CSV and create a complete backup. You control exported files. Deleting app data or the app removes local records according to iOS behavior, so create a backup first. Where applicable, you may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning data Questo Media controls.
Retention and processing
Local records remain until you change or delete them. Consented Analytics is retained under the period configured for the production Google Analytics property and may be processed where Google operates, subject to contractual and legal safeguards. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, protect the service, or meet legal obligations.
Purchases
The initial free release offers no purchases. Dormant StoreKit code may return in a later release only with matching store, app, and privacy disclosures.
