Before you write

Include your app version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, what you expected, and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send private project photos, notes, order details, or backup files unless they are necessary and you choose to share them.

Import, export, and backup

In Settings you can import a CSV collection, export CSV, create a complete backup, or restore one. Keep an untouched copy before troubleshooting an import or restore.

Privacy and analytics

Core use needs no account. Optional Google Analytics for Firebase stays off until you explicitly consent, and you can stop sharing in Settings. For a privacy request or question, use the monitored support email below.

Safe support

Support will never ask for your Apple Account password, a two-factor authentication code, or payment-card details. The initial free release contains no purchases.

How messages are handled

Email and phone providers process the contact details you choose to send. Messages are used to answer the request and kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, or legal obligations.
